Paul D. Woods, District Architect – RETIRED
The District Architect reports to the Assistant Superintendent of Business Services and works closely with the Planning and Construction and Maintenance Departments.
The responsibilities of the Office of the District Architect include:
- Acting as the design professional for small projects or to close out projects with the Division of State Architect.
- Reviewing construction documents at various phases of design
- Reviewing potential change orders as needed
- Coordinating district educational standards
- Coordinating district technical standards
- Coordinating standard contracting documents
- Enrollment projections
- Demographic analysis and attendance area boundary adjustments
